The next morning, Brizee woke up and looked over and saw that Nick wasnt there.  She got up and went to the bathroom and changed and went downstairs and saw Aaron watching TV.

      Did Nick come home? Brizee asked.

      I havent seen him, Aaron said.

      Im going to go look for him, Brizee said.

      Lets go, Aaron said. They got into his car and drove around.

      I hope hes okay, Brizee said.

      Brizee, are you falling for him, Aaron said.

      Yeah, I am, I cant stop thinking about him, he and I kissed yesterday, we practically were making out when you showed up, Brizee said.

      Sorry, I dont have a radar for when my brother is busy, Aaron said.

      Its okay, Nick and I are married, Im sure there is more time for more, Brizee said. They saw Nicks Durango. Aaron pulled into the parking lot and got out. They headed for the door. Nick came out the door with a girl close to him. They were kissing.

      Nick? Brizee said. Nick looked and saw her and his eyes widened.

      Brizee, its not what it looks like, Nick said. She turned and ran to Aarons car. Nick ran after her. He grabbed her.

      Let me go! Brizee said. Nick turned her around.

      Brizee, god, Im so sorry, Nick said.

      Sorry, youre kissing another girl! Brizee said crying.

      Brizee, Im sorry, it didnt mean anything, Nick said.

      I want you out of my life! Brizee yelled. She pushed him away and got into Aarons car. Aaron got in after shooting a dirty look at his brother. He drove off.

      Where to, Aaron said.

      Brians house, hes my best friend, Brizee said.

      And Nicks best friend, Aaron said.

      Just take me there, Brizee said. Aaron drove to Brians house. He pulled into the driveway.

      Ill be fine, you go on home, Brizee said.

      Take care, Aaron said. He drove away. Brizee rang the doorbell. Brian opened the door and saw her.

      Hey, Brian said. Brizee looked up at him. He saw her face.

      What happened, Brian said. Brizee walked in and sat down on the couch. Brian closed the door and sat down.

      Nick didnt come home last night, so I went to look for him with Aaron, we found him at this club, we were going to go in, he came out with this girl and they were kissing, Brizee said.

      That jerk, Brian said. He hugged her. Someone pounded on the door. Brian got up and opened the door and saw Nick.

      Where is she! Nick said. He came in and saw her. He went over and sat down.

      Leave me alone, Brizee said.

      Brizee, listen to me, you are my wife, Nick said.

      What happened between you two, Nick, Brizee said.

      That was Willa, my ex, she was saying goodbye, shes moving to New York to get started on her career, she and I are still friends, I was saying goodbye, I did not sleep with her, I swear to you, I did not sleep with her, she and I talked all night, I only kissed her once and that was the kiss you saw, Nick said.

      You know what, you dont have to explain anything to me, I mean, we dont have a normal marriage, we arent in love, we are just married, thats it, Brizee said.

      Brizee, Nick said.

      Im okay with it, really, Brizee said.

      I am in love with you, Nick said. Brizee looked at him.

      What, Brizee said. Nick cupped her face in his hands.

      Im deeply in love with you, Nick said. He kissed her lips softly. He pulled back and looked into her eyes.

      I feel the same way about you, Brizee said. They went home. Aaron looked up and saw them together.

      You forgave him, didnt you, Aaron said. Nick told him the story. Aaron rolled his eyes.

      Thank god shes gone, I didnt like her, Aaron said.

      Aaron, go home, Nick said.

      Fine, bye, Aaron said. He left. Nick turned to Brizee and saw her gone. He looked for her and found her sitting on top of the washer. He smiled.

      Now, what were we doing in here when we were interrupted by your brother, Brizee said.

      I know, Nick said. He moved close and she wrapped her arms around his neck and he kissed her hungrily. She pulled him closer and the kiss deepened. He pulled back and looked at her.

      I know now, that I love you, Nick said.

      I love you, too, Brizee said. Nick started kissing her neck.

      Brizee, Nick said. Brizee opened her eyes and looked at him.

      Make me yours, Nick, Brizee said.

      Are you sure youre ready, Nick said.

      Yes, I am, make love to me, Brizee said. He picked her up and carried her upstairs to the bedroom and closed the door. He put her down and kissed her softly.

      If you want me to stop, just say the word, Nick said softly. He kissed her neck.

      I dont want you to stop, I want this, Brizee said.

      Are you just trying to get me into bed, you want to sleep with me because of what I do, Nick said.

      No, Brizee said. Nick backed away from her.

      I think you do, I cant believe you, all this time, I thought you wanted me for me, but all you wanted was to be with a Backstreet Boy, you probably set this whole marriage thing up so you could have me, Nick said.

      That is not true! Brizee cried.

      I dont believe anything you say to me, not anymore, I want you out of my house! Nick said.

      What has gotten into you, Brizee said.

      I dont want anybody to want me because Im a Backstreet Boy, Nick said.

      Then maybe you should open your eyes and see that you have the real thing, you have someone who is with you because you are a normal guy, you dont have anybody who is with you because youre a Backstreet Boy, so what if you are a Backstreet Boy, I know thats what you do, but you have to have a normal private life sometime and its right here and now, when you realize it, you can find me at Brians, Brizee said. She walked out. She walked over to Brians house.  She knocked on the door and Brian opened it.

      What now, Brian said. Brizee came in.

      He thinks Im with him because hes a Backstreet Boy, he thinks I had something to do with the marriage when I didnt, I didnt ask to be married to him, it happened, I dont know how but it did, I love him, Brian, I really do, Brizee said.

      I know you do, Ive seen how you two are when you two are together, its like the perfect marriage, now you go over there and make sure he knows that, Brian said.

      Okay, Brizee said. She ran out the door and went back home. She walked in and saw Nick sitting on the couch. He saw her and got up and came over to her.

      I love you, Nick said kissing her hungrily.

      I love you, too, I truly do, Im not with you because of what you do, Im with you because you are Nick Carter, normal guy, Brizee said.

      I know, I know, I shouldnt have said what I said, Nick said.

      I want to take you on a honeymoon, we are married, but we didnt have a honeymoon, Nick said.

      We didnt have a wedding either, Brizee said.

      Lets have one, Nick said.

      We dont have to, Brizee said.

      I want to, I want to start this marriage off right, we can have a ceremony and then go on our honeymoon and consummate the marriage, Nick said. Brizee looked away.

      Hello, hey Kev, what, oh man, how long, you have got to be kidding, what, no way, fine, bye, Nick said. He hung up.

      Whats wrong, Brizee said.

      Going on tour again, for nine months, Nick said.

      Okay, Brizee said.

      You cant go, Nick said softly.

      I cant, Brizee said.

      Kevin tried but management said no, Nick said.

      I see, Brizee said.

      We leave in a month, Nick said.

      And you have rehearsals and stuff so no time for a wedding, Brizee said.

      Im sorry, I wanted to have a wedding and a honeymoon, dammit! Nick said.

      When do you start rehearsals? Brizee said.

      Tomorrow morning, Nick said. The phone rang again. Nick grabbed it.

      Hello, yeah, really, thanks, man, okay, bye, Nick said. He smiled and looked at her.

      Really? Brizee said.

      Thank god, I dont want to be in this house by myself, Brizee said. Nick kissed her. They sat down and talked.
