Brizee sat on the bed and looked at her hands. Brian sat down with her. Kevin and Nick left the room.

"I had a dream like this, you cheated on me with Leighanne and I left you," Brizee said.

"Don't let this be like the dream, I want to be with you, I don't want to lose you," Brian said.

"It really hurt me, Brian, it felt like you stabbed me in the heart," Brizee said.

"Briz, I will do anything to make it up to you, anything, just name it, just don't leave me, please," Brian said. She looked at him.

"Fine, I'll forgive you this time but don't think I will forget it, because I won't," Brizee said.

They went downstairs and Brizee was in the kitchen. Nick came in.

"You forgave him," Nick said.

"I can forgive but not forget," Brizee said.

"Briz, he slept with Leighanne," Nick said.

"I know that," Brizee said.

"He cheated on you," Nick said.

"I know he did, but he is on his last chance with me, if he cheats on me again, it's over," Brizee said.

"I see," Nick said. He went out back.

Three months later, Nick was still pursing her. He would do anything he could to get her. Brian has been making up for his affair. He has cooked for her, rubbed her back and shoulders, and did everything for her. She sat there in the living room while Brian was doing laundry. The front door opened and Nick came in wearing tight leather pants and a wifebeater that showed off his tattoos.

"Hey," Nick said.

"Brian's doing laundry," Brizee said not looking at him.

"How about you spend the day with me," Nick said.

"Why," Brizee said.

"Well, we are friends, right," Nick said.

"Yeah," Brizee said.

"I thought we could hang out like friends do," Nick said.

"Oh," Brizee said. Brian came in and saw Nick.

"Hey Frack," Brian said.

"Is it okay if I hang out with Briz today?" Nick asked.

"It's up to her," Brian said.

"I don't care," Brizee said.

Brizee and Nick left and they went to Nick's boat. He drove it out and stopped it a half hour later. He got out a picnic basket.

"Hungry?" Nick asked.

"Yeah," Brizee said. They ate. Brizee looked out at the ocean. She saw dark clouds.

"Looks like rain," Nick said.

"Yeah," Brizee said.

"Let's go down below, the weather said rain, but that's about it," Nick said. They went down below and Brizee stood at the window looking out. Nick came up behind her.

"We'll be okay, Briz, nothing to worry about," Nick said. He stepped closer to her.

"I hope so, I hope it's just rain and nothing else, I don't want to be stranded out here," Brizee said.

"You aren't alone," Nick said. She felt him close to her.

"Nick, don't," Brizee said softly.

"Don't what, do this," Nick said as he kissed her neck.

"Nick, stop, please," Brizee said. He pulled her close.

"I know you want me, Briz, don't deny it, I can feel it, you want this as much as I do," Nick said kissing her neck and moving to her shoulder. She closed her eyes and her head fell back against him.

"We can't do this," Brizee said.

"Who will know, it's just you and me out here," Nick said as he ran his hands under her shirt and caressed her breasts and squeezed them. She moaned and he knew he had her. He pulled her shirt off and pulled her bra off and turned her around and kissed her hungrily. She pulled his shirt off.

"Tell me, Brizee, tell me you want me, tell me you want to make love to you," Nick said as he kissed her neck.

"I want you, please make love to me, Nick, I need you inside me, I can't deny it, I want this," Brizee said as he moved down and took one of her nipples in his mouth and sucked. She held his head close. They laid on the floor and removed the rest of their clothes and he kissed her as he moved down and spread her legs and smiled and he licked her.

"You taste good, baby," Nick said. He pushed his tongue inside her and she came apart and came into his mouth. He swallowed her juices and moved up and kissed her deeply letting her taste herself as he thrusted his tongue into her mouth.

"Nick, please," Brizee said.

"What, baby," Nick said.

"I need you inside me, now, make love to me!" Brizee said.

"Your wish is my command," Nick said. Nick's cell phone rang. He groaned and picked it up.

"Hello, what, hold on," Nick said handing the phone to her.

"Hello," Brizee said.

"Briz, it's Brian, can you come home, we have to talk," Brian said.

"What about, Brian, just tell me," Brizee said.

"Leighanne is pregnant, with my baby, I checked it out and it's true, I can't abandon my child, I have to be with her," Brian said.

"Fine," Brizee said.

"Our marriage has to end, Brizee, I'm sorry," Brian said.

"Yeah, whatever," Brizee said. She hung up and put the phone down. She looked at Nick.

"What's wrong," Nick said.

"Make me yours, Nick," Brizee said.

"What," Nick said.

"Make me yours," Brizee said. He kissed her and he pushed inside her. She moaned and wrapped her legs around his waist and pushed him deeper. They moved together and he came inside her and she came behind him. He laid on top of her.

"God, that was amazing," Nick said.

"I'm yours, Nick, like you always wanted," Brizee said.

"Briz, are you sure," Nick said.

"You want me to be with you, don't you," Brizee said.

"Yes," Nick said. She pulled him down and kissed him.

"You have me now, you won," Brizee said.

"What happened with Brian?" Nick said.

"Leighanne is pregnant and he's going to be with her, the marriage is over," Brizee said.

"And you are okay with that," Nick said.

"It's his baby, he needs to be there, and I was lying to myself, I have fallen for you," Brizee said stroking his cheek.

"You have no idea how long I have waited for this, it felt like forever," Nick said kissing her lips softly. The kiss deepened. They made love again before getting up and getting dressed. Nick went out and drove the boat back to shore. He parked the boat and got everything together and they got off the boat and he took her home.

"Call if you need anything," Nick said.

"Okay," Brizee said squeezing his hand and she got out and went up and went in and saw Leighanne sitting on the couch. Brian came in from the kitchen.

"Hey," Brian said.

"I'll just get my stuff together, and I'll find a place to live," Brizee said. She headed upstairs and got her stuff out and started packing.

"Briz, I'm sorry about all this, I didn't see any other way," Brian said. Brizee looked at him.

"I know, okay, I understand," Brizee said.

"What happened out there," Brian said.

"Nick and I are together now, we made love twice, we were beginning to make love for the first time when you called," Brizee said.

"So if I didn't call, you would have cheated," Brian said.

"Well, you cheated first," Brizee said.

"That doesn't make it right," Brian said.

"Maybe it is a sign that we don't belong together, maybe Nick is my soulmate while Leighanne is yours," Brizee said.

"I knew he was in love with you and wouldn't give up, I know how he really feels about you, he won't hurt you, Briz, I know he won't," Brian said.

"Can you call someone about a condo, I'm going to get a job and live in a condo," Brizee said.

"Don't worry about a job, I'll support you," Brian said.

"I don't want to be a gold digger, Brian, I'll be fine," Brizee said.

"Hey, I'm offering, okay, I want to do this for you," Brian said.

"Are you sure," Brizee said.

"I'm positive," Brian said. They hugged.

"Thanks," Brizee said softly.

"I'll call about the condo, or do you want to go live with Nick," Brian said.

"A condo," Brizee said. Brian nodded and left the room. Brizee continued packing.
