Brizee stood there looking at Leighanne. Nick came downstairs with Nicky and saw Leighanne.

      Leighanne, Nick said.

      Hi Nick, I was wondering if I could talk to Brizee alone, Leighanne said.

      Sure, Ill be in the kitchen with Nicky, Nick said. They went into the kitchen. Leighanne came in and went to the living room.

      So, whats up, Brizee said sitting down.

      I heard about you and Brian being married, Brizee, I want him back, it broke my heart when I heard the news, I cried for days, Leighanne said.

      Leighanne, Brizee said.

      Brizee, I wouldnt be here asking you this if I didnt want him back, I am moving to Florida, and I want to be with Brian, he is the only man I love, Im begging you, let him go, Leighanne said.

      Brian and I are happy, he hasnt hurt me, Brizee said.

      Brizee, Im sorry, I wish I wasnt do this but I cant be without him, I love him so much, Leighanne said. Brizee looked at her.

      I dont know if he wants to be with you, Brizee said.

      I can get him to be with me if you let him go, Leighanne said. Brizee looked at her hands.

      I dont know if I can, Brizee said.

      Brizee, please, I just found out that Im pregnant, Im having Brians baby, Im five months along, Leighanne said showing Brizee her stomach.

      I know what its like to be five months pregnant, Ill let him go, but if that baby is not Brians, I will make sure he knows about it, Brizee said.

      Its Brians, I wouldnt lie about something like this and Brian was the last guy I was with, Leighanne said.

      Go, Brizee said. Leighanne left. Brizee sat there.

      Briz? Nick asked.

      Nick, hold me, Brizee said. Nick put Nicky in his playpen and sat down and pulled her close.

      Why cant I be happy! Brizee said crying.

      You can, Nick said.

      What, Brizee said.

      With me, Nick said.

      Nick, you want me back? Brizee asked.

      I always have, Nick said.

      I have to talk to Brian before I decide anything, Brizee said.

      Can I kiss you? Nick asked. Brizee nodded. Nick leaned down and kissed her gently. The kiss deepened. Brizee laid on the couch with Nick on top of her. Brizee pulled back.

      Oh god, Nick, I want you, Brizee said.

      I want you more, Nick said. Brizee looked at Nicky.

      We cant, now, Nicky is still awake, Brizee said.

      Ill put him down for a nap, Nick said. He got up and picked up Nicky and took him upstairs to the nursery. He came back down ten minutes later and laid back on top of Brizee.

      Hes out, now lets make love, Nick said. He got up and closed the curtains and locked the door. He came over and sat on the couch and pulled her up and she straddled his lap. He pulled her clothes off and she pulled his off and they made love. She collapsed against him.

      Dont leave me again, Briz, I cant bear to lose you again, Nick said.

      Dont hurt me again, Nick, Brizee said.
