The next day, Nick and Brizee went over to his parents house and walked in and saw Jane and Bob talking to Aaron.

      Now, you have to be responsible for your actions, Jane said.

      Brizee is pregnant, with your child, all because of what you did, Bob said.

      Brizee is having my child, Nick said. They looked at him.

      Nick, dont lie to us, Bob said. Brizee looked at Nick.

      It is my child, Dad, in every way, Nick said squeezing Brizees hand. Aaron stood up.

      But it is mine, Aaron said.

      Brizee wants it to be mine, Nick said.

      But its my child! Aaron said.

      I dont care! Nick said.

      I am going to take responsibility for my actions and that means the baby, Aaron said.

      You arent going anywhere near Brizee or that child, Nick said. Jane looked at Nick.

      Nickolas! Jane said.

      What, Nick said looking at his mother.

      Aaron has to be responsible for what he did, Jane said.

      I dont want him around after what he did, I dont want him near my wife! Nick said.

      Nick! Jane said.

      Forget it, Mom, I mean it! Nick said angrily. He took Brizees hand and pulled her out the door and they headed home. As they pulled out of the driveway, a car hit Brizees side. The car spun around and came to a stop. Nick sat there holding his head and looked over at Brizee who was unconscious and had a cut on her forehead. He tried to reach for his cell phone. He saw his parents and Aaron run out the door and to the car. Bob got the door opened and helped Nick out.

      Nick, honey, Jane said.

      Get Brizee, shes hurt, Nick said. Jane checked Brizee. Bob tried to open the door on the passengers side.

      It wont open, Bob said.

      Did you call 911? Nick asked.

      Yes, the ambulance is on its way, Bob said.

      I wish they would hurry, Nick said.

      Nick, are you okay? Jane asked.

      My head hurts, Nick said.

      Oh my god, Willa said.

      What are you doing here, Aaron said.

      I hit Nicks car, by accident, I swear, I was reaching for a piece of gum, Willa said.

      Yeah right, Aaron said.

      Aaron, I wouldnt do anything to hurt Nick, oh god, who is that! Willa said.

      That is Brizee, my sister-in-law, she is pregnant, with Nicks child, Aaron said. Nick looked at Aaron.

      Is she okay? Willa asked.

      Shes unconscious, Jane said. Bob checked her pulse.

      She has a pulse, its slow, Bob said. The ambulance arrived. They loaded Brizee up and took her to the hospital. Nick was with her and he held her hand. Jane, Bob, and Aaron followed in Bobs car. They went in and saw Nick standing there.

      Aaron, why did you lie to Willa, Nick said.

      Because it is your child, Aaron said.

      Aaron, Jane said. Aaron moved closer.

      If Willa tells someone that its my child, it will be a mess, Aaron said.

      But its lying, Nick said.

      Nick, just shut up, okay, I dont care, Brizee is your wife, Aaron said. Dr. Kelly came out.

      Nick, Dr. Kelly said.

      How is she, Nick said.

      She lost the baby, and shes in a coma, Dr. Kelly said.

      Oh my god, Jane said softly. Bob held her close.

      Will she be okay? Nick asked.
